Sweet Deep Grapefruit is a cannabis strain with an explosion of ripe fruit flavours. It was bred from Grapefruit and Blueberry and the full-on fruit-sensation was fully anticipated. It is a high-yielding strain that is easy to grow. Sweet Deep Grapefruit is an 80% indica cannabis strain with quite short inter-nodal spacing which results in a plethora of bud-sites and a substantial harvest bounty of dense, sweet-smelling buds. When grown indoors the flowering time is between 55 – 65 days with yields of around 550 gr/m2. Outdoors this strain does well in warm, sunny, dry regions or, failing that, a greenhouse will give good results where the weather is somewhat less reliable. Growers can see plants reach 3 meters tall in ideal conditions, when planted directly in the ground, with yields of up to 900 gr./plant during the second half of September in northern latitudes. Where night-time temperatures drop red, blue and purple colouration is likely to appear in the foliage. The deliciously ripe fruit aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and berries are full-on with some finishing acidity in evidence. THC production is in the range 12% – 19% with the effect being a combination of cerebral and physical qualities taht is both very relaxing as well as being long-lasting.
