Californian Indica is a cross of a particularly huge, heavy-yielding Californian Orange mother with an Afghani hash-producing variety. The result is a very potent, fast-flowering, high-yielding cannabis strain that is 65% indica, 35% sativa.
Californian Indica flourishes in most environments although it will prefer warmer climates outdoors to reach its potential. It remains quite a short plant that remains compact and which has a Christmas tree-like structure with plenty of side-branches. The buds are very dense, highly resinous and are a dark green with a plethora of orange hairs. Flowering indoors is between 45 – 50 days or in mid-October outdoors in northern latitudes.
After curing the buds give a fantastically mouth-watering, sweet/sharp citrus flavour with hints of hashish on the exhale; it resembles dark bitter-orange chocolate. The effect combines an uplifting sativa high with a powerful, indica body-stone which is very relaxing.
