Orange Hill Special is an orange Skunk strain which resulted from a breeding programme between Orange Bud and Californian Orange. The rigorous selection took place over 6 generations before the final choice was made producing high THC buds with the right taste and high yields. It is a 50% sativa, 50% indica strain. Orange Hill Special is the heaviest-yielding of all the Orange strains. It grows to a height of 100 cm, has a very bushy structure along with plenty of side-branching leading to a plethora of budding sites. It is primarily intended for indoor and greenhouse cultivation except for those growers in warmer climates such as the Mediterranean region. Indoors flowering will take between 8 and 9 weeks. Outdoor plants will be ready for harvest during the month of October (northern hemisphere) or April (southern). Orange Hill Special is a prodigious-yielding plant with 450 gr. easily possible from each plant with care. Although this strain will only need average nutes in veg. it will require increased flowering nutrient levels to maximise yields. THC levels are very high at 21% and the orange buds have a delicious citrus note.
