Widow Remedy is a new strain with enhanced levels of CBD. It was the result of, firt, crossing a Tijuana Sativa from Mexico with another strain from Kerala in India giving a sativa-dominant plant that was then further bred with a pure Afghani strain to reduce the flowering time, increase yields and also contribute a higher CBD level. The final result is a plant which is 60% sativa. Widow Remedy can be cultivated indoors as well as outdoors reaching a height of not much more than 110 cm. Indoor flowering will take between 55 – 65 days while outdoors in the northern hemisphere harvest will be in the latter half of September. Each plant can yield as much as 500 – 600 gr. of healing, therapeutic medicine. With its enhanced levels of cannabidiol (CBD) this plant offers a useful addition to the number of medicinal marijuana strains and is strongly recommended to provide help with pain relief, insomnia and to relieve nausea. It also acts as a mood-lifter.
